RDAQ offers all rural doctors powerful industrial and policy representation within Queensland
and nationally through the Rural Doctors Association of Australia. It is the only group wholly dedicated
to the viability and support of rural medical practitioners.

It is through the hard work of its membership and volunteer management committee that all rural
doctors can practice with adequate financial reward and medical indemnity security.

All groups of rural doctors, whether in private practice or employee of Queensland health or other
organization, benefit from RDAQ’s work.
