Confidential Support

RDAQ understands both the privilege and the pressures that come with being a rural or remote Queensland doctor.

Doctors working and living in the bush face a unique set of challenges that sometimes can seem overwhelming.

That's why, on top of our advocacy efforts, we also offer tailored, confidential support services for members and non-members facing difficult professional circumstances.

Prevocational support program

Connect and grow

Moving from medical student to intern is an exciting step in your rural medicine journey but it can present some challenges as you move away from your established friend and mentor networks.

RDAQ is more than an organisation, it is your professional family.

Our FREE support program for PGY1 & 2 doctors helps build your professional, physical and mental well-being during your challenging prevocational years.
